This page covers www.icitywork.com — our company site, where we describe what we build and let you get in touch. It's not for collecting or trading personal data. This explains, in plain language, what information we actually collect here, why, and what we do (and don't do) with it.

The short version: we don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone beyond the specific service providers named below that help us run this site and send email.

What we collect

We collect information in a couple of limited ways:

  • Contact form. If you fill out our contact form to tell us what you're building, we collect your name, email, organization, phone number, best time to call, and your message.
  • Site analytics. Like most websites, we use Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic — pages viewed, general location and device type, how visitors found the site. This isn't tied to your name or contact details unless you separately submit them to us.

You don't need an account or any personal information to browse this site, read about our products, or view our portfolio.

How we use it

  • To respond to the messages you send us through the contact form.
  • To understand how the site is used in aggregate, so we can improve it.

We don't use anything you submit for advertising, and we don't build profiles of individual visitors.

Our products

This site is a showcase for what we build — it doesn't run Project Explorer, CouncilIQ, Taggora, or Seenora itself. Each live product is its own service with its own privacy policy governing the data it collects:

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone else — with the exception of the small number of service providers who help us operate this site and who are contractually bound to use your information only to provide that service to us:

  • Resend — delivers the contact form submission to our team.
  • Google Analytics — provides aggregate site-traffic analytics.
  • Google Fonts — serves the web fonts used on this site. Loading a font makes a request to Google's servers, which may log the visiting IP address per Google's own privacy policy.

We do not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your information to data brokers, advertisers, or any other third party.

Cookies & analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how this site is used in aggregate — which pages get visited, roughly how many people reach out each week. It sets standard analytics cookies in your browser. We don't use it to build individual profiles or track you across other sites.

Analytics cookies only load after you accept them in the banner shown on your first visit. Choosing "Necessary only" keeps the site fully usable — you just won't be counted in our analytics.

You can also block cookies and analytics scripts using your browser's privacy settings or a browser extension at any time — this site will continue to function normally without them.

How long we keep it

  • Contact form submissions are kept only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, then deleted from active systems.
  • Aggregate analytics data is retained by Google per their standard retention settings and isn't something we separately archive.

Your choices

You can request that we delete information you've submitted to us at any time by contacting us below.

Changes to this policy

If we materially change how we collect or use information, we'll update this page and revise the date at the top. We won't quietly narrow your privacy after the fact.
