The transparency platform
for projects that matter.
A branded public website and native iOS/Android app that puts every project's status, budget, timeline, and location in front of the people who care about it — with zero technical lift on your end to keep it current.
What residents actually see.
One platform. Your brand. Your data, your rules.
Fully white-labeled
Your logo, colors, fonts, and domain — visitors see your organization's brand, never ours.
Live map & real project detail
Photo galleries, budget vs. actual cost, planned vs. actual timeline, and linked documents — everything a curious visitor wants to know.
Shared mobile app, or your own
Listed in the shared Project Explorer app, with native sharing and offline support — or a dedicated app branded just for you, under your own Apple and Google developer accounts.
No IT department required
Staff manage everything from a clean admin dashboard — no developers, no tickets, no waiting.
"Notify me" subscriptions
Anyone can follow a project and get an automatic, branded email the moment it's updated.
Multi-tenant from the ground up
Every organization gets a fully isolated, fully branded site and dataset on the same reliable platform.
Built for every resident, and we can prove it.
Project Explorer exists to make local government spending and construction legible to the public. The people most affected by an inaccessible civic website are often the same people most affected by the projects it describes — compliance is the floor for us, not the ceiling. Every gap our latest accessibility review found was fixed in the product and verified live against the running application, not just documented and set aside.
Applicable criteria supported
WCAG 2.2 Level A/AA success criteria fully supported, evaluated against our own product.
Known failures
No success criteria with a "Does Not Support" result.
Not just documented
Every fix confirmed against the running production site — and where we couldn't verify something, we said so plainly rather than assume a pass.
Questions we hear before a demo.
What is Project Explorer?
Project Explorer is a fully white-labeled transparency platform that turns your project list into a branded public website and native mobile app, with a live map, real budget-vs-actual and planned-vs-actual timelines, and instant updates for the people who care about your projects.
Does Project Explorer include a mobile app?
Yes. Project Explorer has one shared mobile app, available on the App Store and Google Play. Every organization that chooses to be listed appears in it, so residents can search for and follow any of them. It is the public view only, not an admin tool, and it gives residents access to every listed project anywhere, anytime, with GPS-enabled "nearby projects" so they can see what's being built around them. If an organization wants its own app branded just for them, we can build one. It requires their own Apple and Google developer accounts, and access to those accounts so we can create and publish the app for them.
Do we need a developer or IT staff to manage Project Explorer?
No. Staff manage everything from a clean admin dashboard — no developers, no IT department, and no design work required to keep the site and apps on-brand.
Is Project Explorer accessible to residents with disabilities?
Yes. Project Explorer fully supports 40 of 42 applicable WCAG 2.2 Level A/AA success criteria, with zero criteria in a known does-not-support state, verified against the running production site rather than just documented. The full Accessibility Conformance Report is publicly available as a PDF.
How much does Project Explorer cost?
Pricing is based on the population your community or district serves, not the size of your organization. Reach out and we'll walk through options with you directly.
Can each organization have its own isolated, branded site?
Yes. Project Explorer is multi-tenant from the ground up — every organization gets a fully isolated, fully branded site and dataset.
See it on your own projects.
